Rachel Flack, MMS, PA-C

Physician Assistant | Regenerative Medicine Specialist
Rachel Flack began her career as a Physician Assistant in orthopedics, where she developed a deep understanding of the human body by treating patients with both acute injuries and chronic conditions, including trauma and inpatient care. Her experience expanded further in the inpatient critical care setting, working closely with complex disease processes. This gave her an advanced perspective on how inflammation, immune response, and systemic function affect healing and overall health. Driven by a passion for helping others, Rachel believes in finding personalized treatment plans that promote true healing – supporting the body’s natural ability to recover, move, and thrive.
A local to the area, Rachel is proud to serve her community and raise her family where she grew up. She’s an avid CrossFitter who is passionate about functional fitness and living an active lifestyle. As a mom of two, she understands the importance of feeling your best so you can keep up with the people you love most. Her dedication to patient care is matched by her personal mission to help others regain quality of life through innovative and non-surgical solutions.
